ALBANY, N.Y (NEWS10) — The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) has formally launched “DRIVE,” an all-electric car-sharing service inside the Capital Region. DRIVE carsharing gives a community of zero-emission autos 24 hours a day and 7 days every week to clients, in accordance with CDTA.
