A person who took an eight-year-old baby’s e-scooter from the back garden of a household dwelling was “highly intoxicated” on the time, a court docket has heard.
evani Dagargulia (43) pleaded responsible to trespass and taking the scooter from Glen Ellen Gardens in Swords on October 25 final 12 months.
Garda Maria Hughes stated she was on cellular patrol in Swords when she was flagged down by a person who advised her one other male had entered his back garden and brought an electrical scooter belonging to his daughter.
