Electric two-wheeler firm Okinawa Autotech has introduced that’s voluntarily recalling 3215 of its scooters to repair any situation associated to batteries. Several incidents of e-scooters catching fire have been reported in India over the previous few weeks. After Ola Electric and Okinawa e-scooters caught fire and raised alarm, one other electrical scooter of Hyderabad-based Pure EV caught fire in Tamil Nadu, within the Manjampakkam space close to North Chennai.
