Lake Charles, LA (KPLC) – The search continues for Ella goodie, a Scott lady final seen on March 9, in keeping with legislation enforcement.
Since Goodie was reported missing, an individual of curiosity was named and her car was discovered, however authorities proceed looking out for any leads in hopes of finding her.
“She had called her brother around noon just to let them know that they were fine, that they were getting gas,” Jessica Goodie stated.
Ella’s cousin, Jessica Goodie, describes the final time the household heard from her.
“She told her brother she was going to bring somebody to Texas through Lyft, and we haven’t heard from her since,” Goodie stated.
Police stated the final individual to see her was Brandon Jermaine Francisco. Her cousin stated Goodie is a rideshare driver and had given Francisco rides previous to her disappearance.
“She was comfortable with him,” Goodie stated. “She rode with him maybe a few times.”
While Goodie was a Lyft driver, the trip she gave Francisco on March 9 was not by means of their platform, the rideshare firm stated. However, they stated they’ve been in touch with legislation enforcement to supply help to find her.
Francisco was named an individual of curiosity, and arrested in Missouri on an unrelated warrant out of Rapides Parish.
On April 1, Goodie’s automotive was present in St. Joseph, Missouri.

It’s been almost a month since she was final seen, leaving her kids missing their mom, however her household stated they aren’t dropping religion.
“We don’t want anyone to lose hope that she will be found and brought back to us,” Goodie stated. “So, we want to make sure that every day that we are sharing her face, every day we are saying her name.”
