An individual of interest in the disappearance of Ella Goodie was arrested in Missouri on energetic warrants from Rapides Parish which might be unrelated to her case.
Brandon Francisco was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Friday in St. Joseph, Missouri, which is about 55 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri, close to the Kansas-Missouri state line. Scott Police Chief Chad Leger mentioned Francisco was in U.S. Marshal custody.
