Motocross and electric bikes have been stolen from a storage in a reported burglary in Ferndown.
Dorset Police say that someday between 10pm on Thursday, March 3 and 7am on Friday, March 4, offenders gained entry to the storage of an handle in Leeson Drive.
Two Motocross bikes, two electric bikes, a mountain bike and a Motocross helmet have been stolen, and it’s believed the offenders pushed the bikes alongside Leeson Drive towards Ameysford Road.

The bikes are described as a 2020 mannequin orange and black KTM Enduro bike, a 2022 mannequin purple and blue Beta Enduro bike, a gloss black Specialized Levo Comp electric mountain bike, a gray/blue Specialized Kenevo Comp electric mountain bike and a teal/silver Vitus mountain bike.
Officers investigating the theft of 5 bikes throughout a burglary are interesting for witnesses and have issued photographs of a few of the stolen gadgets.
Police Constable Sam Kinsella, of Ferndown police, stated: “These bikes are of significant value both financially and personally for the victim and I am appealing to anyone who has any information about who was responsible for this burglary to please contact Dorset Police.
“I would also ask any residents or motorists to check their home CCTV and dashcam footage and get in touch if they have captured this incident.
“Finally, I would urge anyone who has seen any of these bikes being offered for sale locally to please call us.”
