WASHINGTON – Police are asking for the general public’s assist discovering a suspect who tried to kidnap a rideshare driver in Southeast D.C.
They launched this photograph of the suspect.
Investigators say on January 28, the sufferer picked up the suspect alongside the 3500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.
During the trip, police say, the suspect pulled out a gun and demanded that the driving force take them to an ATM in the 4400 block of Oxon Hill Road in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
Once on the ATM, the sufferer jumped out of the automobile and ran away. The suspect then took the sufferer’s automobile and drove off. Police have been capable of later recuperate that automobile, however haven’t discovered the suspect.
No one was injured through the incident.
