DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Four juveniles face prices within the deadly capturing of a rideshare driver and the armed theft of one other whose automobile was stolen.
The teenagers, all between 15 and 16, had been taken into custody early Wednesday after a brief standoff at a Dayton dwelling, authorities stated. Each youth was charged as a juvenile with aggravated theft and aggravated homicide, however authorities stated their circumstances might quickly be moved to grownup court docket.
