Trips made on e-scooters in Chester as a part of the trial have now lined 150,000 miles – greater than six occasions the circumference of the earth.
Cheshire West and Chester Council in partnership with e-scooter supplier Ginger, launched a 12-month trial in December 2021, as a part of a Department for Transport (DfT) initiative to encourage greener journey strategies. Due to its recognition it has now been extended to 31 March 2022.

The e-scooters have proved to be hottest with residents at Garden Lane who’ve remodeled 5,000 journeys, adopted by White Friars with an analogous variety of journeys and Chester Train Station, 4,500+ journeys.
