Amsterdam-based Pon Holdings has entered the ultimate phases of its acquisition of Dorel Sports, the U.S.-based bicycle firm owned by Canada’s Dorel Industries. The buy of Dorel Sports consists of three main names in biking — Pacific Cycle, Cycling Sports Group, and Coloi — beneath which reside well-liked manufacturers, together with Schwinn, Mongoose, KidTrax, GT, and Cannondale.
The deal, which is able to shut within the first quarter of 2022, positions the corporate’s Pon.Bike division as a world chief in bicycles and provides youngsters’ ride-on toys to the combo through the KidTrax model.

Pon Holdings is a mobility firm that works as an importer for Volkswagen, Audi, and different automakers within the Netherlands along with working as a distributor and retailer of luxurious and efficiency manufacturers, together with Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Audi, Aston Martin, BMW, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Land Rover, and McLaren through dealerships in choose territories throughout the U.S. and Europe.
In the biking house, Pon plans to extend its efforts within the rising E-bike market within the years forward.
